After two years of sleepless nights, our legal advisor has exposed the banking system in South Africa. You are invited to download and listen to this explosive interview with him by following the links at the bottom of the page.
This interview follows our recent article called “SA Banks Must Pay Out Big Time” which provides hard evidence that securitisation is real. Banks making money out of nothing is real. Secrecy and non-disclosure to the public about banking practices in South Africa is real. South African banks have taken away, and continue to take away, real assets from people unlawfully.
The situation is getting exponentially worse. Yes, there are those who are fighting hard to stop this, but we are greatly outnumbered. Until you take a personal interest in what is going on with the South African banking nightmare, situations like the following will continue to occur:
- A few weeks ago, ABSA sold a house on auction (with its land) for just R1000, leaving the customer to pay the entire shortfall. This caused quite a stir: http://www.thenewage.co.za/58654-1007-53-R1000_for_a_house.
- Banks are so greedy, that they have resorted to taking people’s entire salaries out of their bank accounts. This is clearly and blatantly unlawful and unconstitutional. See here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLgedBgpiAY.
- Now, they have gone and done it again. This time, a poor couple accidentally paid R260 short of their monthly bond. They immediately rectified the situation and paid the shortfall, but it was too late. ABSA and their lawyers immediately pounced, and proceeded to put their house on auction. The comments from the SA community have gone absolutely BALLISTIC. See here: http://www.iol.co.za/news/crime-courts/fight-to-save-house-after-r260-shortfall-1.1394182.
- Hundreds of thousands of judgments have been granted by the banks over the past two decades, despite the fact that the bank has absolutely no right to do so. Reason: securitisation. A dummies guide to securitisation has been printed by a magazine called “Debt Free Digi.” You can read it on page 21 here: http://thedci.co.za/debtfree.php.
Every school, every university, every attorney, law student, accountant and economist needs to realise how our banking really really works. What we have been taught and the reality are two very different things. By listening to these interviews, and by joining NewERA here, you will begin to see the truth.
How much longer will our society tolerate this?
